What are the surface finishings of the paper products?
Here are 4 surface finishings- Glossy Aqueous Coating. Matt Aqueous Coating. UV Coating, Glossy Lamination, Matt Lamination.
1. Glossy Aqueous Coating: There is a layer of oil on the surface, with a bit of luster; it plays the role of preventing ink from falling off.
2. Matt Aqueous Coating: There is a layer of oil on the surface and there is no gloss (meaning to eliminate the front), it looks like the product is relatively high-end; it only plays the role of preventing ink from falling off.
3. Glossy Lamination: There is a layer of film on the surface; shiny; it plays a waterproof role; it is similar to polishing; it can be judged by tearing it by hand: the one without the film is polished; the one with the film is smooth glue.
4. Matt Lamination: There is a layer of film on the surface; there is no luster; it looks dumb; it looks more classical and high-end; it also acts as waterproof.
What are the functions of surface finishing?
1. Protect the color of the printed matter. The surface paper printed by the packaging box manufacturer is printed with ink. Under the action of ultraviolet rays, it is easy to cause the printed matter to fade;
2. Waterproof, since the packaging boxes are all paper products, to prevent them from rotting when exposed to water ;
3. Enhance the brightness of the product, after special surface treatment, making the product light and soft, rough surface, more attractive to consumers.
